Quitutes is an ongoing project that explores food and its forms. The word comes from Brazilian Portuguese (named by a close friend) and represents refined food and snacks. Within a sentence means what attracts, seduces and delights. The project was created in 2020 during lockdown. Quitutes embeds creations that belong to my family or some I want to explore. With each recipe, I weave together flavours and memories, creating a warm connection that nourishes both body and soul. Thus, I share my creations with you.
